• Admission Guarantees: Possession of a Scoutmediastsh digital stamp does NOT guarantee admission to any private third-party club, festival, or venue. Club management and door security maintain absolute discretion regarding entry policies, dress codes, and capacity limits.
• Operating Hours & Lineups: Club programming, sound system specifications, and entry pricing are subject to unilateral alteration by venue proprietors without prior notice to our editorial registry.
• Travel Transit Logistics: Rail timetables, flight connections, and border crossing rules must be verified directly through official national carriers (e.g., Eurostar, Deutsche Bahn, SNCF, České dráhy).

3. Intellectual Property and Limited License

All proprietary content, vector graphics, codebases, passport layout aesthetics, typography pairings, sound profiles, and compilation databases displayed on scoutmediastsh.mom are the exclusive property of Scout Media Stash Digital Publishing Ltd. and protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property conventions.

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access, view, and print personal passport certificates for non-commercial individual reference. You may not scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer, sell, or syndicate Platform content without express prior written consent.

4. Prohibited Conduct and System Integrity

When utilizing the Platform, you agree strictly NOT to:

• Interfere with or attempt to compromise server infrastructure, edge caching, or TLS encryption protocols.
• Submit fraudulent, defamatory, or abusive venue audit submissions via our contact endpoints.
• Misrepresent association or diplomatic affiliation with Scoutmediastsh when visiting European club doors.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SCOUT MEDIA STASH DIGITAL PUBLISHING LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• Venue admission refusals, door rejections, or club schedule cancellations.
• Missed high-speed rail connections or travel disruptions incurred during suggested weekend itineraries.
• Personal injury, property loss, or hearing damage sustained at third-party electronic music venues. Users are solely responsible for practicing personal harm reduction and wearing appropriate hearing protection.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Greece and the European Union, without giving effect to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Athens, Greece.
